Cycling Glasses Selection Guide

What kind of lens type are you looking for?

Photochromic: These lenses adapt to the light levels. In sunny weather, the lenses will get darker and in cloudy weather, they will turn lighter. Contrast: These lenses regulate incoming light, which provides you with clear vision and allows you to better distinguish between different objects. Many brands have roughly similar lenses, but give it a different name. Polarised: These lenses protect you against glare of reflective surfaces and provide better colour contrast. This reduces eye strain. Coating: These lenses have no specific qualities. They provide better protection against the sun than standard lenses. Standard: These lenses provide basic protection against UV radiation. The lenses are most commonly found in cheaper cycling glasses with a basic look.
